COVID-19 Patient and Visitor Information

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented some new office protocols to help protect the safety of both our staff and patients. Please review the information below.

1. Appointments are strongly recommended. Call 346-412-7866 to schedule. Walk-ins are welcome if time permits.

2. Due to the small office space, patients will not be allowed to bring any guests to their appointment, with the exception of minors, translators, or caregivers.

3. Patients with any symptoms of shortness of breath, sore throat, cough, loss of smell or taste, chills, uncontrolled allergies, or muscle pain will be rescheduled.
